Prices
All prices included in our Tariff are net unless otherwise stated.
Hotel prices are inclusive of continental breakfast and VAT at 17,5% as well as any applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated.
In the event of any changes in Government taxes we reserve the right to amend our prices accordingly. Such amendment will affect both existing and future reservations.
Our prices are to be treated as confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties.

Rservations
Reservations can be made in writing via fax or email or through our
online booking system. They should state clearly :
Name and number of clients.
Date of arrival.
Number of nights.
Name of Hotel or category required.
Type of rooms requested. When an extra bed is requested please state
the age of the child so that we can reconfirm the child policy of the hotel.
Special requirements and/or requests.
Reservations will be confirmed within 24 hours. If the requested hotel is not available, we will automatically reserve an alternative hotel for your clients.
If the alternative is not acceptable you will have to send us a cancellation
otherwise it will be taken as accepted and any charges will be invoiced to you.

Vouchers
Vouchers must include the following information:
Name and number of clients as it appears in our confirmation.
Booking reference number.
Name and address of the service provider (Hotel, Tour Company, etc)
Dates and services to be provided.
Your voucher must clearly state : “Reservation made and payable by EUROWELCOME / LATIN TRAVEL LTD.”
Please note that Vouchers will not be enclosed with our invoices or statements. By agreement we can give your booking ref. number with each invoice.

Child Policies
All child policies are based on 1 child sharing accommodation with 2 full
paying adults. Maximun of 1-2 children per room depending on the room
types of each individual hotel.

Amendments
Whenever a reservation has to be changed please inform us clearly that
it is an amendment as otherwise a duplication could arise.
We will always reconfirm the changes to you in writing.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing and you should make sure that the
cancellation has been received by us.
Cancellations via email are not accepted. All cancellations should be made by fax.
The cancellation policy for the various services is as follows:
Hotels, Transfers and Sightseeing Tours : not later than 24 hours before date of arrival.
Extended Tours, Apartments, Inclusive Packages all have specific policies.
We will inform you about them on confirmation of services.
Events and Theatre Tickets once confirmed cannot be cancelled.

Complaints
Should your clients be dissatisfied with any of the services provided, they should contact us as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity of resolving the problem while they are still here. If anything should have gone wrong that could not be resolved during their stay, their complaint should be sent to us in writing not later than 30 days after the event as otherwise any claim for compensation could be affected.

Payment of Services
Services will be invoiced in sterling pounds and payments should be made by Banker’s draft made payable to LATIN TRAVEL LTD and drawn on an UK Bank. Alternatively you can send us a bank transfer directly to the following bank account :

Credit Facilities
If you do not have credit facilities with us, we will request payment before your clients’ arrival. If there is no time for a cheque to be sent, we will accept payment by credit card to guarantee the booking at no extra charge.
